So, you say that you don't have much time and that you do not enjoy working
out for hours on end. Well good news! You only have to commit to a mere
45 minutes a day and just 3 to 4 days each week.You also have many options
when it comes to choosing your weapon to attack that nasty fat. You can
join a local fitness center and have a personal trainer set up a structured
workout program for you or you can go on bike rides, jog, rollerblade,
and lift weights at home. But the important factor here is enjoyment!
Do not embark on a fitness program that you are going to dread doing.
Instead, find a form of exercise that really gets you excited and motivated.
Some of us love to go to the gym, while others like to be left alone in
the privacy of their home to burn fat on their NordicTrack. Whichever
you choose the key to success is consistency. Don't waste valuable time
sitting around and talking about it...Just Do It!!!
Secondly, and of utmost importance, start to pay more attention to proper
nutrition. If you don't know what to eat, I would suggest purchasing the
"Burn Fat...Build Muscle Pack", which is a complete Nutrition
and Vitamin supplement program that is sold in over 5000 stores nationally.
It is recommended by more than 30 doctors. You can find it locally at
almost any health food store. It includes two nutrition programs and all

And now that we are on the subject of Health Food Stores, it is a good
idea to locate a health food store that sells foods that are low in fat
and low in sodium. You will be surprised how good food taste when you

Sauce. You can also find a variety of no salt breads like Sour Dough Rye
Bread. A good healthy weight loss and fitness program should also be enjoyable
and tasty!
Finally, I strongly recommend that you don't set unrealistic goals for
yourself. It takes time to gain bodyfat and it will also take a few months
to lose that 40 pounds. But don't get discouraged and stay focused, because
the body of your dreams is just a few short months away. If you start
your exercise program and practice good eating habits now, then you will
look great before mid summer rolls around. Don't procrastinate...Start
right now! You can even get a group together at work and make a money
pool that will go to the person that improves their body the most by the
time summer rolls around. Take photos of each person in the group and
the group as a whole and help each other stay on the program. Always be
encouraging and motivate each other. Contests like this can be very encouraging
and helpful for those that need that little kick in the butt to get started.
And once you get started you will be healthier, leaner and happier for
it.
