As a professional personal trainer for over thirty four years, I love to empower people with knowledge on fitness so that they will have the confidence to go after their goals and be the best that they can be.
Getting in shape has many facets and although everyone wants to believe that they can get in great shape with little or no help...it just doesn't happen often.
Don't fool yourself into thinking that you can lose the weight by doing what you did 30 years ago in high school. You must focus on Strength Training and Proper Nutrition, rather than running or doing cardio or aerobics for hours on end.
You must work with a Professional to get longterm results.
When I was teenager, I trained and competed and failed miserably in creating the body that I wanted. Finally I realized that there was too much to learn so I personally hired 2 personal trainers. One trainer to handle my training and nutritional program and one to direct me through some great, challenging workouts. Those two individuals have been with me for 36 years now and although they no longer train me...they are both very important people in my life and they have been instrumental in my success as a Weight Loss & Fitness Expert and Director of Ultra Fit.
They changed my life and enriched my life with some of the the knowledge that we use today to help people become healthier and fit with better bodies!
What exactly does a qualified personal trainer do that allows people to get in shape and reach their goals?
I call it the TEAM Concept.
The TEAM Concept affords a person the value of working with a qualified personal trainer as a team, rather than struggling on their own.
With the strength and support of the trainer, they have many assets that will allow them to achieve their goals.
I will use the word "TEAM" as an acronym to describe those assets, so that everyone will be able to see the value in a personal trainer.

~ TRAINING ~
Your Professional Ultra Fit Personal Trainer will challenge you to reach your goals with structured One on One workouts designed to suit your individual needs and goals. The workouts will incorporate the latest and most productive techniques and principles. They will begin with a conservative and effective workout and graduate as the client progresses to afford them the best results.
They are progressive with the workouts and Intensity constantly changing to afford the client the best results.
~ EDUCATION ~
Your Personal Trainer will educate you on Ultra Fit Nutrition, Proper exercise form, techniques like Supersets, 12/12's, Drop sets, Training cycles, when to increase the weight and how to isolate and strengthen individual muscles to prevent injuries. This education will also include specifics to you as an individual.
~ ACCOUNTABILITY ~
A successful Trainer always teaches commitment.
Workouts are scheduled on a timely basis to insure maximum progress in minimal time. By holding the client accountable for showing up for the workout they are guaranteeing RESULTS.
The trainer will also hold the client accountable to their nutritional program to maximize those results.
~ MOTIVATION ~
Every once in awhile we all need to be pushed...motivated...driven.
These are elements that an Ultra Fit trainer contributes when working with a personal training client. The Trainer teaches you to focus on your goal and how to stay motivated to reach that goal and set new goals. The trainer will motivate you by showing you the progress you are making in fat loss, increasing strength, stamina, flexibility and re-shaping your body to look exactly as you want it to.
